The ground rules for using our website, playing our Roblox games, and taking part in the unsDev community.
About these terms
These terms cover the unsDev website and our Roblox experiences, including Grappled, to the extent applicable. unsDev is operated by Christian Mach in Slovakia. Roblox’s own terms, community standards, and platform policies also apply when you use Roblox. If these terms conflict with mandatory law or applicable Roblox platform rules, those requirements take precedence.
Playing our games
You may access our experiences through Roblox for personal enjoyment, subject to Roblox’s account requirements and the experience’s availability. Access to a game does not transfer ownership of its code, artwork, or other original assets to you. You may share your own gameplay clips and screenshots, subject to platform rules and the rights of other people.
Fair play and community behavior
Please treat other players respectfully and follow the Roblox Community Standards. Do not cheat, exploit bugs to gain an unfair advantage, manipulate rankings or purchases, harass other players, impersonate staff, or deliberately disrupt our services. We may restrict access to our experiences or community when needed to address abuse, subject to applicable rules and law. If you believe action was taken in error, contact us.
Purchases and virtual items
Purchases offered inside Roblox are processed through Roblox and are subject to its platform terms and applicable purchase policies. Available items, prices, and features may change. Virtual items and currency have no guaranteed cash value outside the platform. For transaction or payment support, use Roblox Support; for a problem with an in-game item, you may also contact us. These terms do not limit any mandatory consumer rights.
Our content and third-party rights
Original unsDev code, artwork, branding, and game assets remain the property of their respective owners. You may not copy or redistribute our original game assets or present them as your own without permission. Roblox, Roblox Studio, and any third-party content remain subject to their owners’ rights and applicable licenses. unsDev is an independent studio and is not endorsed by Roblox Corporation.
Updates and availability
We may update game mechanics, maps, modes, balancing, or progression and may pause access for maintenance or development. We aim to preserve progress, but uninterrupted availability and error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Where relevant, changes to purchased content remain subject to platform rules and applicable law.
Using the website and contacting us
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content, or send messages containing private account credentials. Information provided through the contact form is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. External links take you to services that operate under their own terms.
Responsibility
Our website and experiences are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits rights that applicable consumer law gives you.
Applicable rules and changes
These terms are subject to applicable law, including mandatory protections in your place of residence. We may revise them as the website or experiences evolve. The date above shows the current version. Roblox use is also governed by the Roblox Terms of Use.
