This privacy policy applies to all products developed by unsDev (Christian Mach). It explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Data We Collect

Gameplay Data: Scores, performance stats, power-up usage, session length, and game progress.

Device Information: Device type, OS version, app version, device identifiers, and crash reports.

Analytics: How you interact with our games—which features you use, where you encounter issues, and general usage patterns.

What We Don't Collect

We don't collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any personal contact information. Payment information is handled entirely by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat—we never see your payment details.

Why We Collect Data

• Maintain game functionality and fix bugs
• Display your ranking on leaderboards
• Understand how players use features and power-ups
• Improve game balance and design
• Prevent cheating and ensure fair competition
• Make informed decisions about updates and new features

Third-Party Services

PlayFab (Microsoft): Manages analytics, leaderboards, and player data.

RevenueCat: Handles in-app purchase management and subscription features.

Advertising Networks: We use AdMob (Google), Unity Ads, and IronSource. These networks collect device identifiers, IP addresses, and usage data to serve ads. You can limit ad tracking:

• iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking > Disable tracking
• Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of personalization

Payment Processing: Apple App Store and Google Play handle transactions through RevenueCat. Refer to their privacy policies for payment data handling.

Leaderboards

Your scores appear on global leaderboards visible to all players. This data is displayed anonymously unless you set a custom username.

Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption and secure servers. However, no system is completely secure. We do our best to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Age Requirements

Our games are intended for users 13 and older. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us at chris.mach06@icloud.com and we'll delete it immediately.

Your Choices

• Delete the app to stop all data collection
• Disable personalized ads through device settings
• Contact us to request data deletion
• Opt out of analytics where supported by your device

Data Retention

We keep your gameplay data while you use our games. After deletion, we retain anonymized analytics for up to 2 years for improvement purposes, but personal gameplay history is deleted within 90 days.

International Transfers

Your data may be stored on servers outside your country. By using our games, you consent to this transfer. We ensure third-party services comply with applicable data protection laws.

Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be announced through our games. The effective date at the top will reflect the latest version.
