Terms of Service

These terms apply to all games and products developed by unsDev (Christian Mach). By using our games, you agree to these terms.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our games for personal, non-commercial purposes on iOS and Android devices. You don't own any part of our games—you're licensed to use them.

Acceptable Use

You may download, play, compete on leaderboards, make in-app purchases, and share your scores.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or hack our games
• Use cheats, bots, or exploits
• Manipulate scores or leaderboards
• Modify, copy, or redistribute any part of our games
• Remove copyright notices or trademarks
• Use our games commercially without permission
• Disrupt or damage our services

Fair Play

Leaderboards must remain fair. If we detect cheating or score manipulation, we'll remove your scores and may ban your device permanently. No warnings, no appeals.

In-App Purchases

Purchases are processed through RevenueCat via Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We don't handle payments directly or store payment information.

All sales are final unless required by law or platform policy. For purchase issues, contact Apple or Google support. Prices may change without notice.

Purchased items are tied to your device and account. We're not responsible for lost access due to device changes or app deletion.

Advertising

Our games display ads through AdMob, Unity Ads, and IronSource. By playing, you consent to seeing ads. We don't control which ads appear—that's managed by the ad networks.

Intellectual Property

All content in our games—code, graphics, design, names, logos—is owned by Christian Mach (unsDev) and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You cannot copy, modify, or redistribute any of it without written permission.

Updates and Changes

We can update, modify, or discontinue our games at any time without notice. This includes adding or removing features, changing gameplay, or shutting down entirely.

Disclaimers

Our games are provided "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee they'll work perfectly, be available constantly, or be bug-free. You use them at your own risk.

We're not responsible for lost data, device issues, third-party service failures, leaderboard problems, or frustration from gameplay.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Christian Mach (unsDev) is not liable for any damages from using our games. Our total liability is limited to what you've paid in the past 12 months—which may be zero.

Termination

We can terminate your access at any time for any reason, including terms violations. You can stop using our games by deleting them. Upon termination, your license ends and we may delete your data.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Slovakia. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Slovakia.

Changes

We can update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced through our games. Continuing to use our games after changes means you accept them.
